As we enter the final push for the 16th summer season we’ve been in business, as with so many other companies, we’re forced to change and adapt to a new normal. As of the fall of 2021, Tim and David, my two technicians, will be moving on to other career paths and starting new adventures. I have appreciated their help so much and wish them the very best in their new endeavors.
Beginning in the spring of 2022 and ahead for the foreseeable future, I will be running the business alone and will be restructuring my business model to accommodate just one technician, me. As a result of that I have had to trim some service offerings in order to keep up as I move forward. The first thing I am eliminating will be rodent and mole work. If you are in need of that service and would like a recommendation, please email me and I’ll gladly forward you the company I am suggesting. I will finish up all current contracts. Another service I will be taking on in limited and specific conditions will be any and all inside work. I will no longer provide help with stored product pests, any wood destroying beetles and will only provide carpenter ant control in the form of general maintenance on the exterior.
I am excited and cautiously optimistic about this new direction and look forward to continuing to work for so many faithful and wonderful customers who have called on us for so many years now. Thank you for your patience and understanding as I navigate these new waters.
