Preparing for service

This drop down contains some things you can/should do to help with the application process of a few of our most popular and requested services.  This is by no means a complete listing of the types of services we do and the protocol for them.  This is information that can help our customers with the majority of services we perform.  Please know that if there are specific things that need to happen with your particular job, one of our staff will be going over those with you in detail during the final phases of scheduling the job. 

Thank you in advance for helping us to help  you.  Most pest issues involve the property owner/resident and the pest control technician working in unison to take care of an existing problem and preventing a future infestation.  There is NOT a cure all that our technicians carry around in their kits.  There is no magic liquid or formula that will keep pests at bay indefinately.  The best approach is knowledge and diligence on the part of the property owner/resident and honesty along with expertise on the part of the technician.  I’m sure there are companies out there that enjoy a recurring issue or one that just keeps needing persistant attention.  We’re not one of them.  Our goal is to rid you of the existing problem or help you keep one from starting in the first place or both.
